West End – Princes Street (announced as "West End for Princes Street" heading into City Centre and "West End" heading for Edinburgh Airport).
This stop is in Shandwick Place. The section of road from Princes Street was originally built in a garden owned by John Cockburn Ross of Shandwick, hence the name.
West End has many independant shops, wonderful eating and drinking place and plenty of things to see.
